"Project Genie" in a Bottle
Since there was structural hope insofar as the key to the enigma remained solidly anchored in an original matrix which offered itself to deconstruction, that my difference imposed itself as the solution to its own problem, and that a permanent thrust of embarked systemics kept me abreacting in the right direction, guiding me out of an unacceptable condition, I was clearly positioning myself beyond the norm. A perfectly legitimate, though paradoxical beyondness, i.e. legal in the sense that it can be extrapolated to the group in terms of general interest (what sectarianism does to one, it does to everyone). At this point zero which marked the beginning of an inevitable quest for the truth, all that remained to be formulated, in the end, was the question of my status, considering that as a genius self-expelled from its own bottle, I was suffering real lack of recognition.This initial singularity along the oedipian rationale would put to the fore, towards consolidation and revision (around the core), all the knowledge I had pre-cognitively acquired since senior high school on the double trouble with intellectual property and the independence of research, and on the legal forms supposed to protect the first to guarantee the latter. Considering that all existing forms of organization I knew of were products of a time before the internet, the sectarian flaw kept aggregating in my head into a pitch black economic hole upon which the franchise principle alone appeared likely to exert some sort of reverse effect.
Swimming against the stream from one contingency plan to another, I would come to realize that the flaw was real. From the (un)employment agency with its Assedic (2001-2003) to the Family Allowances Fund with its (un)employment support (2006+), through the Health Insurance Fund offering its daily compensations (2004-2006), the system revealed itself totally self-corrupted by the sectarian exploitation of an oedipal illusion which appeared to have nothing but the pernicious effect of exacerbating its own schizophrenia: public against private sector, men against women, young against old, left against right, haves against have nots, rich against poor, open source against proprietary, breachable against sealed, red against blue ocean, etc. A systemic conflict of interests that nobody can win but in the very short term it takes sectarianism to reap the benefits.
As a still self-ignoring claustrophobe motivated by the triple requirement of versatility, flexibility and matricial scalability through which I was becoming self-aware of my own supernatural instinct of mind-body systemics, I employed this fascinating space-time odyssey through the middle to frame it all (back) to protocol: not only the incompleteness of the public plans I had no choice but to satisfy myself with, but also the private sector's business models. I rapidly came to the conclusion that sectarianism is to private business what intelligence is to government: the cogwheel of a dysfunctional wheel work which feeds the sectarian lose-lose dynamic down to the tipping point from which the system generates more problems than it is capable of resolving. From interim to independent cyberworking, umbrella employment, self-entrepreneurship and franchise, the same evidence imposed itself: the internet has no legal form dedicated to its hyper-specificity. All along the way, it is this legal flaw, which - as a structural default - produces more bypasses than safeguards, that fueled my motivation to develop my own franchising solution for web authors, considering that by virtue of its conceptual fraudproofness, the latter is self-immune to counterfeiting, and as such, comparable to a secticide.
This permanent psychoanalytical auditing along the Klein interface would have the triple emancipatory effect of liberating the cultural scapegoat from the hyperbox of the accused, of shedding light on our common "(de)terminator" (our memory of the womb which can give us a new life), and along the Hyperway of the Cross, of giving me the inspiration to develop a truly universal virtual incubation process.
As regards the concept study by which I pre-instructed the implementation of the underlying process, it would pave the way for the future conceptual dismantling (in the psychoanalytical sense of the term "undoing") of all the sectarian aberrations upon which the system capitalizes from the moment of our conception; a deprogramming process expected to translate into a cognitive migration of logic from the (dys)functional assessment of our potential to the acceptance of our neuroplasticity, i.e. into the paradigm shift (qualitative leap) without which corrective capitalization could not set itself into motion; which, in socio-economic terms, translates into a shift from an observation-based information economy which remains limited to the production of info- and edutainment, and where information is the raw material waiting to be interpreted and manipulated into the next bypass, to a knowledge economy mastering hypertainment as a safeguard, where the finished product is a web author's return on experience provided as the foundation for the development of further solutions.
It is upon this new conceptual framework for matrix-based capitalization by the formula that the NetPlusUltra®-sustained spectroscopy of human knowledge will be founded…under the condition that each and every cybernaut fiercely resolved to remain the author of his·her life project adopts the concept solution the way it is conceived, i.e. understands the hyper-specificity thereof so as to recognize his·her own short, medium and long-term interest therein.
