By inaugurating this new version along the same rationale as the "Web project" blog, I can only confirm the relevance of the underlying concept demonstration initiative, considering that the purpose of the initial feasibility audit was to prove the legitimacy of the conceptually dedicated funding which I am morally and financially entitled to request, as the provider of the solution to that specific engineering problem.
Indeed, although the second phase of my feasibility audit turns out perfectly conclusive again, the sectarian structural-default-problem which keeps this program chronically underfunded since 2013 is still not formally settled…more than four years after the beginning of the publication of a long-established proof of concept (whose development was the purpose of the first instruction phase, which I managed from 2004 to 2012).
Considering that the virtuous problem-solving cycle framing the way out of this globally systemic engineering issue is perfectly locked in the right direction, in the form of a concept demonstration pathway, I can only remind all "squatting instances" trapped in this very structural default which they abusively seek to maintain just to justify their existence that it is perfectly ABSURD to continue to pretend that a published proof of feasibility alone is enough to declare the mission accomplished…
